Al Kaabi: The silence of the Ahwazi people in the recent demonstrations was horrific and terrifying for the Iranian regime and opposition as well.

 

The Chairman of the Executive Committee of the occupied Arab state of Ahwaz, Dr. Aref al-Kaabi, stated that the strategic silence of the Ahwazi people in the recent demonstrations and protests in Iran had been frightening and terrifying for both Persian opposition and the regime.

The Ahwaz Executive Committee confirmed that from the first day of the uprising, we will not be part of the movement that exists within Iran’s geography, because we cannot throw our sons into a battle whose outcomes are not clear, Kaabi reported.

Regarding the opposition, Al-Kaabi explained, “We have a lot of evidence that they distorted our image in international forums and portrayed our revolution as separatist, even though we did not ask only that the water not be dredged into the Persian depth, as they portrayed us as terrorists.”
