Al-Kaabi receives a high-level delegation from the European-Arab Council

 

Dr. Arif Al-Kaabi, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Arab State of Ahwaz, received at the Executive Headquarters in Brussels a high-level delegation from the European-Arab Council headed by Mr. Muhammad Al-Shammari, accompanied by the lawyer, Mr. Ali Al-Jafal and Mr. Fathi Al-Libi.

During the meeting, views were exchanged regarding human rights in Ahwaz occupied by the Iranian occupation, ways to support the Ahwazi human rights file in international forums, and pressure on Iran to end its violations against the people of Ahwaz.

The two parties also stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination between the State of Ahwaz and the European-Arab Council to achieve the aspirations of the Ahwazi people to achieve their freedom and independence.

The Chief Executive of the Ahwaz praised the role played by the Council in supporting the issues of the Arab peoples, especially the issue of Ahwaz, stressing the keenness of the State of Ahwaz to develop its relations with the Council and its affiliated institutions.

For his part, the President of the Council expressed his solidarity with the people of Ahwaz in the face of the discriminatory and oppressive policies of the Iranian occupation, indicating that the Council will continue to raise its voice on international platforms to highlight the suffering of the people of Ahwaz and demand justice for them.
