Aref Al-Kaabi: the drone attack on Saudi Arabia is a dangerous escalation revealing Iran’s terrorist project
The Executive of the State of Arab Ahwaz strongly condemned the attempt to target the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia using drones launched by militias affiliated with Iran, declaring its full solidarity with Riyadh.
Dr. Aref Al-Kaabi, President of the Executive of the State of Arab Ahwaz, affirmed that this attack represents a dangerous escalation and a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the rules of international law, noting that it clearly reveals the nature of the Iranian terrorist project based on destabilizing Arab states, especially the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Al-Kaabi stressed that targeting the Kingdom demonstrates Tehran’s aggressive intentions, as it continues to tamper with overall Arab national security and specifically Gulf security through its proxies.
He pointed to the utmost importance of formulating a comprehensive and decisive confrontation with Tehran and its arms in the region, in accordance with the provisions of international law and the considerations of Arab national security.
At the conclusion of his statement, Al-Kaabi affirmed the steadfast support of the Ahwazi people alongside the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the absolute support of the Executive of the State of Arab Ahwaz for all sovereign and security measures and procedures taken by the Saudi leadership to protect its territory and safeguard the security of its citizens and residents from any external threats.
