Al-Kaabi welcomes Gulf-European statement and calls for an end to the iranian occupation of Ahwaz

The Arab State of Ahwaz welcomed the joint statement issued by the Gulf-European Summit, which called on Iran to end its occupation of the three Emirati islands Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb, and Abu Musa.

Dr. Arif Al-Kaabi, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Arab State of Ahwaz, affirmed that the Gulf-European stance represents an important step within the broader Arab demands to end Iran’s occupation of Arab lands and to stop Tehran’s ongoing interference in the internal affairs of Arab countries.

Al-Kaabi explained that the Ahwazi cause lies at the heart of these demands, as it is one of the most prominent examples of Iran’s occupation of Arab territories.

He pointed out that the joint statement serves as a strong Arab and international signal emphasizing the need to end the Iranian occupation of Ahwaz and to place its cause at the forefront of Arab and international efforts.

The President of the Executive Council of the Arab State of Ahwaz added that the unified Gulf-European initiative reflects growing awareness of the dangers posed by Iran’s expansionist practices in the region.

He called for greater Arab and international coordination to stop these policies and to support the legitimate aspirations of the Arab Ahwazi people in their just cause.
