The policy of dedicating jobs in Ahwaz by the Iranian occupation is one of Tehran’s tools for demographic change in occupied Ahwaz, which is a violation of human rights.

Young graduates and fired workers are calling for officials, refinery managers, and other clients of occupied Persian institutions to hold accountable for the failure to recruit citizens and use non-citizens.

The protesters are calling on officials of the Persian occupation authorities to employ young Arabs looking for work in companies and projects in occupied Ahwaz.

Depriving the sons of occupied Ahwaz of working in their institutions violates international laws and norms, the racist policy of the Persian occupation has become a priority to employ Persian settlers instead of the occupied Ahwazis.

Because of the Iranian policy, the unemployment rate in Al-Ahwaz reached record levels, reaching 50% in some areas of the region, which put the population in a difficult living situation, as the Ahwazis often doesn’t care about anything but only living. The Revolutionary Guards and the mullahs’ regime are driving these policies.

The Iranian authorities also carried out systematic campaigns, displacing Arab families, and seizing their lands, to replace them with Persian families. This is in addition to using the most horrific methods of oppression and persecution against the Arab population; What prompted the Al-Ahwaz people to stand behind the executive of the Al-Ahwaz state, which has now defended the people’s legal identity and politics in all international forums.
