CENTCOM reveals in figures the scale of targeting inside Iran

The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) on Thursday unveiled a comprehensive operational summary of the results of Operation Epic Fury, conducted by the United States and Israel against Iran, documenting the extent of destruction inflicted on Iran’s military capabilities during the first month of the confrontation, which began on February 28.

Shocking Figures: 13,000 Sorties and Thousands of Targets Destroyed
According to the statement reviewed by Shafaq News Agency and reported by Al-Manshar Al-Ikhbari, U.S. forces carried out intensive strikes targeting more than 12,300 military objectives داخل Iranian territory. CENTCOM stated that air forces and naval assets conducted over 13,000 combat sorties, directly striking command and control centers, headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), in addition to critical intelligence sites.

Paralysis of Naval and Air Capabilities
On the maritime front, the report confirmed the destruction or damage of more than 155 Iranian vessels, while the strikes also targeted naval submarines and strategic military communications capabilities. The operation further focused on neutralizing Tehran’s missile “claws” by striking ballistic missile sites, anti-ship systems, drone manufacturing facilities, and surface-to-air missile systems.

Dismantling the Military Infrastructure
The strikes were not limited to forward positions; they also targeted weapons depots, military production centers, and infrastructure supporting the Iranian armed forces. Observers believe that this outcome reflects Washington and Tel Aviv’s intent to dismantle the IRGC’s military structure and paralyze its ability to respond or coordinate defensive operations in the foreseeable term.
