International Conference titled “Security and Its Implications for Human Rights” to be Hosted by the Federal Republic of Germany
The Media Office of the Executing Authority of the Arab State of Ahwaz announced the organization of an international conference titled “Security and Its Implications for Human Rights”, with the participation of a distinguished group of decision-makers, researchers, and academics from across the Arab world and various countries around the globe.
The conference is being organized in collaboration with the Executing Authority of the Arab State of Ahwaz, the European International Organization for Development and Human Rights (Germany), Al-Rafidain International Center for Justice (Geneva), and the European Council, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.
According to the organizing committee, the activities of the“Security and Its Implications for Human Rights” conference are set to commence on Friday, February 7, 2025, with Germany hosting the event.
The conference aims to shed light on issues of security, peace, and the promotion of human rights and societal stability in the Middle East, particularly in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Ahwaz, and Yemen.
Additionally, the conference will open new horizons for dialogue and the presentation of solutions to address regional challenges related to security and peace in the region.
