Encouraging Reactions and Effective Recommendations at the European Parliament Conference Strengthen International Presence of the Ahwazi Cause

The European Parliament conference held in Brussels, Belgium, on Thursday, July 3rd, witnessed widespread engagement and positive responses from European MPs and officials regarding the proposal presented by the delegation of the Executive Committee of the State of Ahwaz, led by Dr. Aref Al-Kaabi, on the future of Iran in the post-regime era.

Several European parliamentarians expressed deep appreciation for the balanced and responsible Ahwazi stance, which stood out for its clarity and political realism, as well as its commitment to regional security and stability, while firmly rejecting any chaotic projects or alternative totalitarian regimes.

The MPs praised the mature political vision offered by the Ahwazi delegation and called on other Iranian opposition groups ranging from monarchists and the People’s Mojahedin to Baloch, Kurds, and Azeristo follow the constructive Ahwazi example.

In this context, the European parliamentarians announced their commitment to discussing the conference’s recommendations during the upcoming session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg.

This will take place within a broader framework aimed at examining the future of non-Persian peoples in Iran and ensuring their fair political and human rights representation in any future regional arrangements.

Additionally, the conference concluded with an agreement that the Ahwazi Executive Office in Brussels, in coordination with European MPs’ office directors, will follow up on the points raised during the conference and monitor the implementation progress of the recommendations.

This is expected to pave the way for more structured political action at the European and international levels.

This positive European response is a clear indication of the success of the Ahwazi Executive Committee in bringing the voice of the Ahwazi people to European decision-makers.

It also reaffirms the strategic importance of active participation in international conferences and forums as a means to strengthen the presence of the Ahwazi cause and expand global solidarity with the Ahwazi people’s legitimate rights and aspirations for freedom and dignity.
