Al-Kaabi: The execution of Ahwazi arabs in Al-Hawaira prison reflects deep-Rooted persian hatred against arabs

The Executive Committee of the Arab State of Ahwaz condemned the execution of six Ahwazi Arab citizens in Al-Hawaira (Sepidar) Prison in the city of Ahwaz, carried out by the Iranian occupation authorities at dawn today.

Dr. Arif Al-Kaabi, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Arab State of Ahwaz, stated that “the execution of young Ahwazi Arabs reflects the deeply rooted Persian hatred toward the Arab nation,” emphasizing that the Iranian regime uses the judiciary as a tool to silence free voices and eliminate those demanding their national and human rights.

Al-Kaabi called on the United Nations and all international bodies and organizations to “take immediate action to protect the Ahwazi Arab people from Tehran’s oppression and violations, and to save Ahwazi detainees from the threat of execution and torture in Iranian prisons.” He stressed the need to hold Iranian officials accountable for these crimes that violate international law and human rights conventions.

He added that “whenever Iran faces a military confrontation or internal crisis, it resorts to arresting and executing Ahwazi youth under false accusations such as espionage, attacking military facilities, or insulting the republican regime,” describing these actions as an attempt to intimidate the Ahwazi people and break their will.

The Executive Chairman affirmed that “the Ahwazi people have resisted for more than a century through peaceful and civil means, never resorting to violence or weapons, despite the ongoing repression, persecution, and discrimination by the Iranian regime.”

Al-Kaabi concluded his statement by calling on the international community to “recognize the suffering of the Ahwazi Arab people and support their legitimate struggle for freedom, justice, and human dignity.”
