Al-Kaabi praises the European Union’s mission to protect the Red Sea from attacks by the Iranian Houthi militia.
Dr. Arif Al-Kaabi, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the occupied Arab state of Ahvaz, expressed his appreciation and support for the European Union maritime mission that aims to protect ships in the Red Sea from attacks by the terrorist Houthi militia, the Iranian arm.
Al-Kaabi said that this mission reflects the European Union’s commitment to security and stability in the region, and represents a firm response to the threats posed by the Houthis to freedom of navigation and trade, and to the Iranian threat to international peace and security.
Al-Kaabi pointed out that the Houthis are using the Red Sea as an arena to implement their sectarian and extremist agenda, and are trying to target Arab and foreign ships with missiles, drones, and booby-trapped boats, which threatens regional and international security.
Al-Kaabi added that the Ahwazi State Executive supports the European Union in this vital mission, and calls on other countries to support it by all possible means.
