Al-Ahwaz Executive Committee Condemns Iranian Attack on Qatar, Describes it as an “International Crime”

The Executive Committee of the occupied Arab State of Al-Ahwaz has strongly condemned the missile attack launched by Iran against the State of Qatar, describing it as “a fully-fledged crime punishable under international law.”

The Committee stated that Iran’s missile strikes on an Arab country, targeting its territory and military bases, constitute a blatant violation of national sovereignty and a flagrant breach of the United Nations Charter and international law.

It added that this act “not only reflects the aggressive approach of the Iranian regime towards the peoples and countries of the region but also reaffirms that Tehran’s expansionist policies have become a direct threat to Arab national security.”

The Committee expressed its full solidarity with the State of Qatar in the face of this aggression, stressing that “such criminal actions require a unified Arab stance to deter Iran’s repeated acts of aggression.”

The statement concluded by emphasizing that the Iranian regime, through its escalatory behavior, is pushing the region toward the unknown, calling for “urgent international action to hold Tehran accountable for its repeated assaults on its neighbors and to support the aspirations of the peoples under its control, foremost among them the Ahwazi people.”
