Iran executes two Ahwazi prisoners in quneitra prison
Human rights reports stated on Saturday, November 15, 2025, that Iran carried out the execution of two Ahwazi prisoners at dawn today in Quneitra Prison, following the issuance of two separate death sentences.
According to the reports, the prisoners executed were Jaber Saki and Jahan Rasouli. Sources noted that Jaber Saki had previously been arrested on charges of murder and was sentenced to death by the criminal court. As for Jahan Rasouli, he was arrested on drug-related charges and later sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court.
Until now, Iranian authorities have not issued any official statements regarding the execution of the two prisoners, and the news has not been confirmed by the prison administration or any official government bodies.
It is worth noting that executions in Iranian prisons particularly in regions such as Ahwaz have sparked widespread criticism from international human rights organizations, which continue to emphasize the need to stop these practices and the systematic violations of human rights.
