Arrest of Ahwazi Activist and Journalist Milad Bahri

The Iranian occupation intelligence in occupied Al-Ahwaz arrested cultural activist, journalist, and photographer Milad Bahri, 29 years old and a resident of Fallahiya, on Wednesday morning. He was taken to an unknown location.

In addition to his cultural activities, Milad Bahri was heavily involved in covering news related to recent floods, highlighting the problems faced by people in the affected areas.

Since the flood disaster, more than seventy civil activists, relief volunteers, poets, and teachers from Al-Ahwaz have been arrested. Some of them remain detained in intelligence detention centers, where they are subjected to severe physical torture and psychological pressure.
